Jeffery L. Nelson

Jeffrey L. Nelson’s professional thrust is in real estate development and investment. His goals are to create investments that bring the proper rewards to investors, the community, and the people the projects serve. Change happens with the development of real estate, and this changing landscape provides the rewards to be received. Leading and managing changes is a key to success for real estate projects. His experiences that help guide his steps to achieve these goals include architecture, community planning & renewal, consulting with private industrial and commercial clients, and developing real estate projects.

His formal education includes an Associate in Arts Degree received from Jamestown Community College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in business, management, and economics received from the Empire State College, both institutions of the State University of New York. He has also taken courses offered by the former Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute, and received a Certificate for successfully completing a Professional Development Series program at Jamestown Community College.
