Jeffrey L. Nelson’s professional thrust is in real estate development and investment. His goals are to create investments that bring the proper rewards to investors, the community, and the people the projects serve. His experiences that help guide his steps to achieve these goals include architecture, community planning & renewal, consulting with private industrial and commercial clients, and developing real estate projects.
His formal education includes an Associate in Arts Degree received from Jamestown Community College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in business, management, and economics received from the Empire State College, both institutions of the State University of New York. He has also taken courses offered by the former Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute, and received a Certificate for successfully completing a Professional Development Series program at Jamestown Community College.

Tammie Lynn Nelson-Donato
Tammie Lynn Nelson-Donato is involved with the development of rental housing. She serves as Property Manager and has broad responsibilities for the operation of the housing.
Her formal education includes an Associate in Arts Degree received from Jamestown Community College, and a Bachelor of Science Degree as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree received from the State University of New York at Fredonia. She received a designation of Certified Occupancy Specialist from the National Center for Housing Management, and the C3P and STAR designations from Spectrum Seminars, Inc. These designations were obtained through attendance at seminars and testing by those organizations. She has taken property management courses offered by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and received a Certificate for successfully completing a Professional Development Series program at Jamestown Community College.
